Health Insurance Marketplace:
To sign up online for coverage on the Health Insurance Marketplace, you should have this information ready:
- Social security numbers for everyone in your household
- Your employer’s name and address
- Your most-recent pay stub or recent records of your wages
- Information about other types of income you receive, such as alimony, unemployment benefits or a pension
NOTE: Open Enrollment for 2019 ended December 15, 2018. However, you may qualify for the Special Enrollment Period.
